A/ Only the price of the standalone machine is included in the money back guarantee.
B/ Transportation expenses at both ends remain the responsibility of the purchaser and are non-refundable.
C Transportation will be arranged by Hotwash Australia and deducted off the purchase price.
D/ Transport insurance will charged to the buyer at cost.
E/ If the machine is returned damaged, the cost of the damage will be deducted from the price of the machine before repaying the purchaser. Costs are subject to the seller’s discretion.
F/ The price of the machine will only be repaid to the purchaser once the machine has been returned and inspected.
G/ Hotwash Australia must be notified in writing within 2 week of delivery of the machine, of any intention to claim the money back guarantee.
