HW1400HD 
Ease of operation and OH&S (Occupational Health & Saftey) are the foremost concerns in the most recent HW1400HD design and have been incorporated wherever possible. The gear-driven turntable provides a better quality clean due to its slow & consistent rotation allowing the hot water jets to penetrate every internal cavity they can reach. The turntable also switches off when the door is opened to improve operator safety. In addition, operators can now stand close to the basket when loading small parts, reducing back strain.

HW1600HD 
The safety door of the HW1600HD has been specially designed to significantly improve operator ergonomics compared with lift-lid models. The door no longer requires vertical lifting and cannot fall down on operators accessing the basket. The safety door allows larger parts to be loaded with a forklift, as well as by an overhead crane. An optional door interlock can be purchased to further enhance safety by preventing the door from opening until the pressure in the pipes has dissipated.

HW2000HD
The HW2000HD has been manufactured to the most exacting standards to cater for the most demanding industrial cleaning applications. It’s heavy duty design is the best in the business and serves such industries such as mining, shipping and earthmoving. It features variable height spray bars which instantly transform the internal height capacity from 1,300mm up to 2,100mm. This feature allows thorough and rapid cleaning of smaller parts as well as large and heavy components such as gear box housings.

HW3000HD & HW3200
When size matters there is no bigger and tougher automatic parts washer on the market. The HW3000HD is the flag ship of the Hotwash range featuring an enormous 3,000mm diameter turn table with a 4,000kg (available to 6,000kg) and with the optional 3,200mm diameter turn table will allow the powerful and rapid degreasing of 3500 Series CAT engine blocks. It’s massive capacity also allows fast cleaning of very large components such as mine site conveyor belt gear boxes and ship transmissions.
