Spray Wash Powder
Spray Wash Powder is an inhibited alkaline powered detergent and rust inhibitor suitable for use on aqueous based, hot spray wash automatic degreasing machines.
It removes oils and greases from all metal surfaces whilst simultaneously providing temporary indoor corrosion protection on steels and cast iron.

Hot Tank Cleaner Powder
Hot Tank Cleaner is a free flowing, strongly alkaline powder for the simultaneous removals of grease, rust, scale, carbon and paint from ferrous metals.
(Note: Not suitable for non ferrous materials)
- Balanced combination of sequestrates, inhibitors and conditioners produces a light “new’ grey appearance on cast iron components after immersion.
- Recommended for use in mild steel tanks. I.e. Stainless steel construction not necessary.
- Spray Wash Powder system avoids needs for use of acids in removal of rust scale and carbon thus eliminating the danger of acid attack on machines surfaces.
- Formulation contains sequestrates to counter hard water conditions.
- Attacks multiple layers of aged paint finishes such as epoxies, acrylics, baked enamel, lacquers and varnishes
Klean Strip A Powder
Klean Strip is a unique degreaser, decarboniser & paint stripper for use in hot tank baths that has the added benefit of a lower operating costs. It is a 2 part system made up of Kleanstrip A, a blended alkaline powder and Kleanstrip B, a liquid. It is formulated to remove organic soils and paint from either ferrous or non ferrous items.
- Safe on aluminum and zinc.
- Synergistic solvent and detergent action penetrates stubborn oils, greases and paint finishes.
- Emulsifiers assist in suspending oils within the bath and aid in preventing re-deposition of oil and paints onto work surfaces.
- Paint and residues easily filtered.
- Contains rust inhibitors preventing corrosion on ferrous metals.

Klean Strip is a unique degreaser, decarboniser & paint stripper for use in hot tank baths that has the added benefit of a lower operating costs.
It is a 2 part system made up of Kleanstrip A, a blended alkaline powder and Kleanstrip B, a liquid.
It is formulated to remove organic soils and paint from either ferrous or non ferrous items.
- Safe on aluminum and zinc.

Inprotect 600
Inprotect 600 is a non-nitrited liquid cleaner and rust inhibitor designed for in-process metal fabrication and heat treating operations. It is a liquid alkaline cleaner that provides dry indoor rust inhibition for up to 10 weeks, depending on conditions. Inprotect can be used in single or multi stage spray washers as well as vibratory and ultrasonic units for cleaning and rust protection.
- Provides indoor rust inhibition for up to 10 weeks dependant on storage environment.
- No nitrites or hazardous alkalis.
- Does not contain silicate thus avoiding deposits which can interfere with subsequent operations.
- Non emulsifying. Oil can be skimmed from surface thus extending tank life.
- Low foaming and can be used in spray wash units.
